I'm not too sure on regular Ikeman, but the versions that I use are Ikeman Plus, and Ikeman Go Plus and those settings are still at the bottom of the select.def file. Ikeman Plus and Ikeman Go Plus are Ikeman with more options. For more info on the other versions please see the creator's link
