Heart-breaking memory what were your most precious non-human belongings that got broken or got lost?

I once owned a NEC PC-Engine before.   That was one (1) of my most precious non-human belongings because I saved up for long years, much of my $$$ (my Chinese New Years "red pockets lucky money" + "daily allowance") for buying this NEC PC-Engine . 

Very unfortunately, when my family moved from a place to another place many years ago, my precious NEC PC-Engine got lost to somewhere during my home move, without me being noticed at all......

After I moved to a new place, I needed to take care of many things, and I did not check my NEC PC-Engine as soon as possible, as a result of around a week after my home move, after I found out that my NEC PC-Engine got lost, I tried to go back to my old home place to find all I could......too bad, nothing I was able to find at the end.......

What made things worse was that, all my four (4) PC-Engines Hu-Card games (Dragon Spirit & R-Type (2 separated pieces) & Splatterhouse) got lost along with my very precious NEC PC-Engine too......

Since then, I always check everything as soon as possible whenever I move my home!

This was one (1) of my heart-breaking memories about a loss of a personal precious non-human belonging......... 

The one thing I lost that I can never get back?.....SEVERAL Demolition Crew sprites you guys have never seen that were made in my teen years...And, sprites of other characters, such as Potemkin, Wario, and Juggernaut.

Oh, and over 10 different Mugens on my old computer that died, as well...Pardon my language, but what a load of Poop.

ok yes but it was part of my job, and some of us stayed as friends (Mark Hamill case and others)

in my freelance times: my card in paramount pictures & universal( I meet that days with John Willams and a guy...called Steven Spielberg...he is the director of my favorite movie Jaws,you know this guy?

For mine are some strategy guide books from my favorite old quiet semi-detach house to my lousy crappy noisy hdb apartment some of them are game magazines where one of them had awesome looking Samurai Spirit RPG poster as the main cover, I think this was the one: (I am in love with Nakoruru at that time ) and Tekken 3's strategy guide book: I still missed staying at my old quiet semi-detach house, my new crappy noisy apartment sucks
