Hey mugen brothers & sisters, some Elektra info update.

Things to do:
Fix & add new intros, winposes
Add some new specials (ideas are welcome)
New Special: Smoke bomb teleport. DONE
Add New Hyper (Hand ninja clan)
Add taunt/time lose animation
Fix overhead throw DONE
