Well, actually IT is more powerful... So, to be real, Joker have no chances. He is like a little child against monster, created by Steven King.

IT has a weakness,and that is people who don't fear IT,The Joker is insane he doesn't fear him...so The Joker wins...

Well, I like Joker as a villain... but regular human villain. He is not cosmic creature or some demon. Just a maniac. Charismatic maniac, of course. He is good fighting against Batman, Red Hood, Catwoman and other powerless heroes, however fight against god-like monsters, infernal creatures or fearly monsters... it will be not epic.

and superman well not really 1 he was killed on "injustice"
2 the only time joker got superman is when he had kryptonite
