I'm going to work on this project, I hope you like it. here are some ideas that I have in mind

Move list :

-Lightning
-Meteor
-Lightning control
-Sleep spell
-Thorn bush conjuration
-Dematerialization
-Fire Explosion
-Invoke minions

-HYPER SPECIAL / Dragon Transformation

more ideas are always welcome

For the curse attacks, I think you can add these :
- MUGEN Power Gauge/Bar cutting down
- Hyper Moves (namely Statedef 1000-1999) disabling
- Special Moves (namely Statedef 2000-3999) disabling
- movement speeds (velocities) messing up
- facing/positions messing up
- facing messing up
- ....etc....

You might be able to do these curse attacks to your MUGEN opponent with all the Target***** type of MUGEN State Controllers:

If you ask, "hey, then I will need to put my MUGEN opponent in my MUGEN Custom States all the times, no way man!".  Alright, there is a MUGEN "trick" for a workaround, but I have already forgotten who came up with this MUGEN "trick" in the 1st first place (someone at MFG/old MUGEN DEV, or some Chinese/Japanese/Korean MUGEN creators/authors? ).......

With this MUGEN "trick", you can try to take advantage of a MUGEN Engine state controller ReversalDef bug/glitch to try to make a MUGEN Victim a "continuing target" so that all the Target***** type of MUGEN State Controllers can be used even the MUGEN Victim has already left his/her/its MUGEN Original Get-hit States and your MUGEN Custom States, and I once used this for a special counter move in my "Custom Experimental BA Wang Pairon" :

Yet, this is a MUGEN Engine bug/glitch which means it has unexpected limits & results, for example, when your MUGEN opponent tries to move forward then for some strange reason the "continuing target" may not be working, well, at least it is kind of "do-able".....it is all up to you of course.

Excellent job on another new Disney villain, so far!

Ryu is not one of the tallest char, but it is hard to understand how Tall she must be...
The char has a great look, probably she is one of the most powerfull disney character,and you are doing an Amazing work

you could try to search in the cartoon tv series "house of mouse" for his height, in the special episode "house of villain"
