She was Released around last year but it hasn't been shown much around in english speaking sites so I'm sharing this.
She is from the anime Is order a rabbit? and shes a pretty cool character her card is based on Chaos TCG - Is the Order a Rabbit?. Download link will be on the youtube video in the decscription.
