Sega vs. Capcom Honey Update 2

Update 1:
-fixed enemy velocity on ground from forward kick
-fixed her voice to be normal sound (there's an option to have normal or loud voice if you have loud stage music)

Update 2:
-fixed her voice to be random because she has limited voices so they are random when you hear her attack

(if there's any feedback you like to give just let me know and i will fix them)
