Hello guys How s every thing I saw many examples of ppl creating movies out mugen chars and stages How is this possible What software i can use for that ?

So I think this YouTube video was made by using Adobe Flash software.

I use gimp to make my animations and then put them in a video maker it's the freeist way but very long process
