I think this happen when the values of the zoom, the deltas, and the tension parameters are not the corrects.
i.e: a bigger difference of deltas values between one sprite and the next causes a bad speed movement of the sprites during the game action.
the zoom can be changed dependig the likes o the player, some stages allow or not depemding the size. and also its affected by the TENSION and FLOORTENSION parameters.
IMO; I think its matter of discover (trial & error) the correct values for each stage.
