Its very easy, open the notepad of your stage an you will find a lot of parameters and their values, you can change the values, save, open mugen and see what happen.

NOTE:    i recommend to make a backup copy of the files you want to change to undo if results not what you think. Good LUCK!!

Ohh I see...then you must extract the image files of the *sff and resize with any image editor, save the changes and replace the sprites on the *sff.  Im on Discord chat saturday and sunday from dawn till dusk if have another question or need more detailed help...
