Perhaps MMV'ers can try to give their reasons for what they have voted for, in a few words..........let me do it this way :
- Superman Beyond => awesome movie character to mugenized version, and I am involved in its making
- Sparkster => classic gaming mugenized stuff is always very welcomed
- Grandmaster Meio => I like all bosses in MUGEN
- Hawkgirl => she looks so sexy to me
- C.Viper => SF4 mugenized stuff is always very welcomed
- Cheetah => I like how Cheetah is controlling another Cheetah pet in MUGEN!
- Sir Arthur => classic gaming mugenized stuff is always very welcomed
- Strider and Ton Pooh => classic gaming mugenized stuff is always very welcomed 
- CVS Rashid => I support one (1) of my MUGEN Tragic Brothers much!

Superman Beyond, KOF Antology, Grandmaster Meio

1) Hawkgirl by skhsato123 and bradern666 - she's a solid character with some really good moves and can actually compete well with some of the stronger characters. Plus I like that she's got a move similar to Hawkman (the sky high attack - which could be lengthened, but is otherwise fun to play!)
2) Superman Beyond by Angelus Silverhead, JARRO77, and borewood2013 - I can't say Superman is my favorite character, but I do enjoy him in Mugen. These guys did something special with Supes and you can see the care and time put into him. I look forward to any updates here.
3) Jaspion by Beto - Again, I can see the effort put into this character and although I'm not familiar with him, I can appreciate the character without it.

But I have to give a special call out to the Custom Cracker Jack, Pullam Purna and Darun Mista from Street Fighter Ex by armin iuf - this was just incredible work in a short time and for Ex characters with no real base to work from (as far as I know). I just love those characters and it was incredible to see them get some love!!
