Law of Talos Karl

Hello, I am looking for someone to create a Mugen sprite for Karl, from the internet tournament called Law of Talos. This is not my character, but I would love an actual fighting game sprite for him for things like Saltybet perhaps, or anything. He just needs one. Look up 'Law of Talos Karl' for videos and such of him, and 'Law of Talos Mugen' for an entry with descriptions and abilities.
