someone have this Brainiac?

i found this char on a YouTube Video, but i don´t see the link and i search on internet, bu.. i didn´t Find it,

someone here has that Brainiac or link of it?

I guess, it is a Brainiac from this video. Maybe, with some differences. But it is only one playble version. Good moves, nice hypers and specials. Only a problem with palette - it is not possible to work on colors.

maybe the brainiac from the video was a lost ubdate
