Ill give you a quick tutorial

This is the State linked to the BG (ALSO KNOWN AS ABOVE (actionno = 7))
[Begin Action 7]
7,0, 0,0, 5
7,1, 0,0, 5
7,2, 0,0, 5
7,3, 0,0, 5
The first number is your sprite as well as the second 7,0 blah blah same as ports how por is 9000,1.... 0,0 is your X,Y ............... the 5 there is the time it takes before he goes to the next animation so it will be 5 ticks in 7,0 till he gets to 7,1 and so on so on.....
