Did hear about those skins. Unsurprisingly enough, Warner took it's time to take down both videos and pics of them, but not before anyone with an early copy could make a video about those. There is some gameplay footage for Mr. Freeze, it's in spanish, but it's not hard to understand:
As for the silhouettes, I'm going to make my own guesses on who they could be:

From left to right: In Manta's left side: Anything Goes. Seems generic enough to be anyone. There is a picture with higher lighting that makes the silhouttes much more clear and when I look close to it, it seems that the character's left hand is bigger than his right hand. I was thinking it could be Hellboy, but that can't be right because his hand of Doom is in his right hand, not in his left. Black Manta: Obvious looks. In Manta's right side: Rorschach. Using the image I mentioned before, it seems that this character is wearing a trench coat, a hat and a belt around his waist. Taking all that into account leads me to believe that it's Rorschach. The bulky man: Spawn or Etrigan. Both characters can fit into it. Some people say it could be Azrael, but I really don't want Netherrealm to put a "Corrin" in the roster because Boon said that all DLC characters besides the guests would be characters that people asked for. I know that Etrigan may not be the most requested character, but compared to Azrael, I've actually seen people asking for him. Raiden: Obvious looks. The woman: Mera. A lot of people are asking for her, so why not? Some people say it's Enchantress, but just like I said about Azrael, I don't want to see a "Corrin" in the roster (still, I would gladly accept both if that was the case). i just love how they used the white eyes..but just wondering if redhood will be a premium skin for robin..im kinda getting that feel cause well amazing gear for redhood just sounds like a dream..gawd i would love an Arkham Knigh suit for Jason like the one in Batman Arkham Knight video game

It bugs me a bit to see him using shurikens. Also, Robin has reused lines in the intro. Really hope Netherrealm gives some characters unique lines with Jason. Would feel off if at least Batman doesn't.

So, the June update for the game in the PS4 version is out now, and the 9 DLC characters have their respective slots in the CSS:

Raiden is still going to be a thing after all. Also, I'm pretty surprised about the Atom (or at least, that's what one of the top right silhouettes tells me) being a DLC character.
