This patcher will patch all characters in your chars folder, and does the CNS, and -2.
I dug up Syn's old interactive stages, and modified the auto patcher he used to work for K.Y-Shanxi SSB system mugen.
Please feel free to use as you see fit. Let me know of any questions.

Tip (thanks Electro):
If you check for statedef -2 in each character file prior to patching, and add one it if it is missing this will solve the issues with the patcher.
This could probably be done with a "search and replace" program.

There are 40+ stages released so far for this system, and 150+ pre-patched characters.

I don't believe any have interactive platforms though, that would have to be added at the code level to each character for each stage that has extra platforms.
It could be done, but would require different programming for the patch, and character's code.
In mugen anything is possible...
