Welcome!!! - Bienvenidos!!! - ( We hope you will get involved in the MMV Community which is dedicated to having fun with Mugen ) - Bienvenidos!!! - Welcome!!!
New changes for most recent screenpack release which is an edit of the last.... ========== Too many to name regarding graphics, coding, alignment, and design. Everything from the number of characters the select screen holds, select screen gfx, title screen gfx, default arcade ending, options screen, win screen (gfx and alignment), credits screens, etc. I am probably forgetting a ton of other stuff, but it is all-new basically and barely resembles the original base.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How to use: ===== After downloading, all you have to do is move or copy your characters, stages, and sounds (for the stages) to the appropriate folders (chars, stages, sound). This is because Mugen 1.0 is already attached to everything needed. Then configure the select.def file located in the MvDC Mugen Multiverse folder, which is in the data folder, like you normally do. Thats it.
For design purposes, only insert characters where it says, "Randomselect". Will hold 382 characters in total.
Includes Jubilee and the X-Mansion Library stage as the default char and stage.
@ black dragon...look in the mugen.cfg file in the data folder and scroll down. there is an option to make it go full screen
@ novatomugen...640x480 only
@ siralexbaby...moved away from the more slots version. but i guess i could consider making a patch with a few rows of hidden slots if people were interested
@ rhiggatwat...maybe. depends on if 1.1 ever gets beyond beta mode and/or if got help from someone on what to do for a 640x480 1.1 screenpack.
====
to everyone else, thank you so much for the support. i really put a lot of effort into this screenpack and i loved how it turned out.
some people have a preference for 640x480. i am one of them. and i made this for myself first. then decided to share publicly.
making something for mugen for anyone other than yourself, especially when it comes to working on graphics due to time commitment, is a recipe for losing interest and never completing a project.
